Grok Code Fast 1 is now available in public preview to GitHub Copilot Pro, Pro+, Business, and Enterprise plans. This release brings easier and broader access to state-of-the-art AI coding assistance.

Developers can access the Grok Code Fast 1 model through the chat model picker, supporting agent, ask, and edit modes. Those who do not see the model yet are advised to check again later as rollout continues.

Enabling Access for Organizations

To enable organization-wide access, Copilot Business and Enterprise administrators should opt in by enabling the Grok Code Fast 1 policy in Copilot settings. Once enabled, eligible users will see the model listed as an option in the picker.
